| Wine Notes: | Like the classics of Champagne, this is made in the traditional manner using 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Nero (a.k.a. Pinot Noir). Our panel's tasting note: Like a Cava from Spain, this pale straw coloured sparkler has aromas of mineral, grapefruit, apple and spice. Dry and refreshing.
